Daichi Fujiwara (藤原 大地ふじわら だいち, Fujiwara Daichi) is a supporting character. He is the husband of Maho Fujiwara and the father of Toyomi Fujiwara, Chika Fujiwara and Moeha Fujiwara.

Appearance

Daichi is seen wearing a suit with a tie with a pair of wayfarer style glasses and has a slick gelled hairstyle.

Personality

Daichi is a politician and so he's very well mannered and professional. He's also overly protective of his daughters and as such prevented Chika Fujiwara from playing video games, etc.

It can also be assumed that he is in fact quite encouraging of his daughters rather than being too pushy as Chika persues the hobbie of a pianist rather than being pushed into it by her father. We can also very safely assume that due to Chika's often elated personality Daichi is considerably kind and a good father.

History

Daichi comes from a family of politicians and a politician himself, his/Maho Fujiwara's (Daichi's wife) grandfather was once the prime minister, and his brother in law/brother is the current minister of the right, making his lineage one of extreme prestige.

So far his only appearance has been during the school sports festival in which Miyuki Shirogane as well as his father met Daichi as a meeting of pure coincidence due to Miyuki's father being asked by Daichi to take pictures of his daughter Chika, during the sports festival.

Toyomi is his eldest daughter. He doesn't approve of her clothing appearance.

Chika is his second daughter. Due to his disapproval of how his eldest daughter turns out, he is stricter to Chika.

Etymology

• The name Daichi means "big, great" (大) (dai) and "earth, land" (地) (chi).
• Daichi's surname Fujiwara means "wisteria" (藤) (fuji) and "field, plain" (原) (hara/wara).

Trivia

• Daichi was the one to pass on the "big breast" genes to his daughters.
• Daichi stopped giving Chika Fujiwara pocket money (a child's allowance) due to her low grades.
