Miyuki Shirogane[]
Miyuki Shirogane is Kei's brother, Their relationship has been strained by his constant nagging and overprotectiveness leading Kei to feel that he still thinks of her as a child. She dislikes how he doesn't turn his laundry inside out. They agreed to not give each other birthday presents because of their family's financial status. Despite that agreement, Kei caught a glance of him putting a 1000 yen bill into her wallet for her birthday thus shunning him even more for it. However, contrary to the apparent hostility, her love for his older brother hasn't changed since the beginning, Kei just wants Miyuki not to think of her as a child anymore.
Kei spent her Christmas money from Miyuki on clothes for him to wear to the Junior High Culture Festival. Although she appeared to treat him coldly when he visited, she was secretly proud of how cool he had appeared to her friends.[1]
Papa Shirogane[]
Papa Shirogane is Kei's father. due to her being in her rebellious phase, she has a very harsh relationship with him and treats him very coldly. She calls him "old man." Later, Kei finally called him "Dad," after she founds out that her father finally made a lot of money from his streaming activity.
Friends[]
Kaguya Shinomiya[]
Kei adores Kaguya, bluntly saying that she "likes" her, although not specifying in what sense. Since her attitude towards her is very similar to crush, this often becomes the reason for the yuri-themed jokes in the plot, as a whole being a parody of the interaction of girls from all-girl schools in anime and manga.
Chika Fujiwara[]
Chika Fujiwara and Kei are close friends. Kei's relationship with Chika's little sister, Moeha, has had her sleeping over the Fujiwara's a lot and further led to a sisterly bond between the two.
Moeha Fujiwara[]
Moeha Fujiwara is Kei's classmate and a fellow member of the Student Council, leading them to be close friends.
